What types of therapy do you use?

I use a variety of methods including CBT, narrative therapy and person-centered, just to name a few. Not everything works for everyone, so I work with clients and see what type of therapy best suits your needs.

What is Narrative Therapy?

Narrative therapy views individuals as the experts of their own lives and focuses on the stories they tell about themselves and their experiences. It acknowledges that people construct meaning through these narratives and seeks to help them rewrite or reinterpret their stories in ways that empower them and promote positive change.

What is CBT?

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or CBT, is a widely used approach that focuses on the connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It is based on the premise that our thoughts and perceptions about ourselves, others, and the world around us influence our emotions and behaviors.
